COORDINATION BOARDS – STRATEGY for GENOVA@RESILIENTE

Introduction
The purpose of these coordination boards is to define a combined strategy, the priorities and the tools to prevent and delimitate the risks and to enhance the urban, economic and social pattern of the city. By pinpointing three strategic assets, Grey Asset (Infrastructures, networks and communication), Green Asset (Climate changes and urban regeneration) and Soft Asset (Economic Impacts, Community/Business), the coordination boards will analyze and highlight the opportunities and the critical issues of the city and will create a participated platform that will collect news, tools and best practices for Policy-Makers and Practitioners. At the end of the work, the team leaders of every group will expose the obtained results and the groups will meet again during the year to develop a document for a Strategic Innovation of Territorial Development in the economic/urbanistic range, to transform Genoa in an effectively resilient city.
