Experimenting is Smart

EXPERIMENTING IS SMART

Ideas, Technologies and Startups for a Smart City

Thursday 22nd November
2.00 – 4.00 p.m.
Salone di Rappresentanza, Palazzo Tursi

Introduction

How important it is experimenting new technologies in a Smart City? Technology has a massive potential but innovations are often introduced more for their fascination or their economic interest than for their practical implication: it is necessary a real comprehension and a new awareness of technologies from citizens and local authorities.

This workshop, that will bring examples and case studies from numerous innovative startups, will analyze what a citizen or a local authority can obtain from the use of new technologies, how to use and understand them and what contribution can innovation bring to a community.
